Can I use Shib Portal on Mac, Linux, or mobile?​

No, Shib Portal is currently only available for Windows.

I’m getting an error when connecting my smart wallet to Shib Portal. What should I do?​

Sometimes external wallets, i.e. MetaMask, take time to load, please restart your smart wallet app and retry logging in. Make sure your wallet is also connected to Shibarium mainnet to proceed with log in.

My game download appears to be stuck. What should I do?​

Shib Portal is in its early stages so this type of issue may arise. Please try any of the following:

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Pause download, go back to the home screen, go back to the game and resume download.
  • Log out of the portal and log back in, then resume download.
  • Cancel the download to start the again from scratch.

Note that resuming download may take a few seconds to a few minutes to jumpstart again depending on your internet connection, and cancelling the download will delete all the game application files in your storage.

What happens if I lose access to my smart wallet?​

If you created a Shib Portal account using your smart wallet, all account information in the Portal and in the Metaverse are tied to it. Losing your smart wallet means losing access to your Shib Portal account.

How do I update the Shib Portal if a new version gets released?​

Auto-update is not yet built in to the portal. In the meantime, you can go to https://metaverse.shib.io to download the latest version.

How do I add my game to Shib Portal?​

All games and dapps on Shibarium are welcome to be listed on Shib Portal. Click here to learn more about how to build on Shibarium, and visit Shib Dev to start integrating our SDKs.
